Excerpt
This study was first made in 1924 by Miss Marian Tucker, chairman of the Extension Committee of the Textile Section of the American Home Economics Association. The schedule for collecting the facts has been revised and expanded in an effort to study the habits and problems of all women in regard to planning, buying, making, and caring for the family clothing. The results will be used in planning state extension projects and the clothing work of the U.S. Bureau of Home Economics.
