Non-Technical Summary: Food animals are exposed to drugs and chemicals that are sometimes difficult to obtain extralabel withdrawal time. The purpose of this project is to use pharmacokinetic techniques to help predict the withdrawal times. This will minimize the presence of drugs and chemicals in the nation's food supply. <P> Approach: Develop pharmacokinetic models that will be used to help predict drug residue withdrawal time following exposure to extralabel drug use. Workshop to be held in UK regarding the development of a Global Veterinary Drug Database.
