To obtain funding for the purchase of an autoclave to support food safety research through the Great Plains Institue of Food Safety

With the expansion of both research and teaching programs through the Great Plains Institute of Food Safety, it has become necessary to obtain an additional autoclave. This project will supply funds to obtain an autotoclave to support food safety research through the Great Plains Institute of Food Safety.

The autoclave will be used to support collaborative food safety research through the Great Plains Instiute of Food Safety.
