Objective
The broad objectives of this research project are twofold: (1) to develop and expand upon alternative methodologies to estimate the relationships among economic forces, demographic factors, consumer information, and market factors on the consumption of food and beverage products; and (2) to assess the importance of the myriad of forces on the demand for food and beverage consumption behavior.
