Non-Technical Summary: The purpose of this project is to address equipment, supply and infrastructure needs for the Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station occupied facilities. <P> Approach: This proposal seeks to utilize the FY2006 IAES-AHD (1433) Formula funding to support critical infrastructure needs and animal research facilities both on- and off-campus. The University of Idaho has experienced significant budget reductions leaving the IAES financially challenged in adressing infrastructure, supply and equipment needs. Utilization of the FY2006 allocation as proposed will support Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station AHD scientists whose research projects contribute to the majority of our AHD capacity.
