The Arizona FSQ Team proposes to improve the ability of members of the food system to make informed decisions by building on and expanding existing food safety curricula and resources. These include the 'Safety and Food Excellence' training program, translating into Spanish the statewide 'dial Extension' taped information system, 'Food Safety Training for Food Professionals from the Farm to Consumer,' and 'Food Safety for Occasional Quantity Cooks.'
