Objective

Objective 1: Using dietary data and fecal samples from the Western Human Nutrition Center (WHNRC) Phenotyping Study, determine the association of total dairy intake or dairy intake types (fluid milk, cheese, yogurt) with markers of gastrointestinal inflammation.
