BACILLUS METABOLITES TARGET THE ACHILLES HEEL OF PHYTOPATHOGENIC AGROBACTERIUM

Objective

The overall goals of this project are to characterize the mechanisms by which two lipopeptides of Bacillus inhibit members of the Agrobacterium group and to advance extracts from Bacillus into a sprayable treatment for use in managed ornamental plant production systems.
