The Food Standards Agency Scotland (FSAS) launched a resource entitled 'Catering for Health' in May 2002. The aim of the evaluation is to assess the awareness of 'Catering for Health' in Scotland amongst catering educators and gain insight into its usage and perceived value amongst this primary target audience.
