1. To test the hypothesis that a chemically induced tumor incidence is a function of the accummulated lifetime exposure, and is predictable from the average daily dose for various dosing regimens, such as continous and intermittent dosing; 2. To study correlations between the chemically-induced tumor incidence and various biomarkers of the initiation and the promotion stage of carcinogenesis for continuous and intermittent dosing.
