Our long-term project goal is to provide dairy producers with scientifically sound evidence and tools so they may make informed decisions to (1) enhance production practices that maximize worker health and performance, (2) facilitate the adoption of safe work practices by workers, (3) reduce the risk of COVID-19 on the farm, and (4) encourage contingency planning for a potential COVID-19 resurgence. The objectives of this proposal are to develop, deliver, and evaluate training resources for owners, managers, and workers to mitigate infection and transmission COVID-19 on farms.
