Objective
(1) Provide food safety support to the national artisan dairy food community through food safety plan coaching workshops and through virtual, 1-on-1 food safety coaching support to artisan dairy producers.
(2) Develop and implement a national program that will train graduate students across different US universities to aid in the food safety consultation for small artisan dairy producers.
