Objective

The objective of this agreement is to form a collaborative research project to develop rugged, inexpensive electronic devices for the monitoring of shipping and/or storage conditions that have impact on the quality and/or safety of food products. The design and construction of such devices will be based on the existing device previously developed and patented by Alicorns Corp for continuous temperature monitoring of food products.
