To develop and establish an evaluation method of habitat suitability for crop pests and diseases through remote sensing monitoring and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. 3. To develop and establish a dynamic forecasting model of crop pests and diseases by coupling remote sensing information, meteorological information and crop pest and disease infestation models.
