1. Develop protocols of specific DNA aptamers for detecting agents with the ultimate detecting sensitivity and specificity with highly-integrated Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)-based recognition system. 2. Combine AFM nanolithography and recognition imaging to define nano-biochips to verify the viability of a developed protocol. 3. Transfer the nano-biochip device into glass slide microarrays for food pathogen and toxin detection application.
