Assemble a network of organizations and individuals for the purpose of collecting pesticide use data by crop and state on a regular schedule. Identify the potential sources of use data by crop, state and class of pesticides for a 2007 update of the national pesticide use database. Establish a database format for the input of use data from the available sources. Assembe a database on pest control alternatives by crop and pest complex that includes the cost of major alternatives.
