NON-TECHNICAL SUMMARY: This project is to develop specific vaccination strategies for three diseases; Foot and Mouth Disease Vaccination, Classical Swine Fever Vaccination and Avian Influenza Vaccination. The materials to be developed are intended to provide relevant information for federal and state officials and other interested parties who will participate in making decisions related to use of vaccine as an aid to control an outbreak in the US. <P>
