DIGITAL CENTER: MEAT AND POULTRY PROCESSING EDUCATION

Provide electronic support to the regional centers through the Results Verification System, an online proposal and reporting system that will allow the centers to efficiently receive, award, and manage Meat and Poultry Processing project applications and reports.Facilitate collaboration among risk management education providers by providing public access to a searchable archival database of the results of all MPP funded projects.Support the delivery of risk management education about meat and poultry processing through a dedicated section in the online Ag Risk and Farm Management Library, which provides organized access to more than 3,300 risk management education materials.Collaborate with the regional centers to help deliver educational programs for meat and poultry processing to underserved producers.Facilitate communications to help producers, processers, and stakeholders know about meat and poultry processing and supply chain educational programs.Offer event support for any conferences planned by the regional centers for meat and poultry processing education.Support collaboration between regional centers to sustain the functioning of Extension Risk Management Education's efforts for meat and poultry processing education.
