This project will expand the eatwell plate guidance with the design and testing of an eatwell week sample menu which, will demonstrate to consumers and stakeholders how the Agency’s healthy eating guidelines can be used to create a balanced diet over one week.
Research Approach:<BR> The project will be completed in three parts:<br>
<LI> Development of the eatwell week menu; including meals, additional foods/snacks and beverages.
<LI> Development of an eatwell week resource; including photographs and supplementary information.
<LI> Testing of the eatwell week resource in focus groups with key stakeholders
<LI> The final resource will be deliverable to both lay and professional users.
