Objective

Characterize the bovine respiratory and gastrointestinal (GI) tract microbiome;Examine the correlations between the respiratory microbiome and the onset and severity of bovine respiratory disease (BRD);Determine the effect of diet on rumen microbiome and associations between rumen microbiome and beef cattle growth.
