Ohio will coordinate a program to encourage greater involvement of field faculty in food safety education. Teams from two or more program areas will develop educational materials or provide educational programming.
<p>
The objectives for the program will be:
<OL>
<li> to promote inter-program efforts; </li>
<li> to promote program or materials development linked to Ohio's POW for FSQ; </li>
<li> to extend programming to new audiences;and </li>
<li> to enhance evaluations of food safety education.</li></ol>
