Objective

Evaluate the influences of soil, moisture, and water activity on the active and potentially active bacteria in soil, as an indicator of soil health.Evaluate the influence of agricultural soil amendments on soil health including inorganic fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and microplastics.Evaluate the efficacy of restoration strategies to promote soil health in degraded soils.Evaluate soil health using AMP Indices and soil microbiomes in agricultural soils, and assess correlations with crop yield.
