EXPLORING THE MECHANISMS AND APPLICATIONS OF 4D FOOD PRINTING

Objective

The overall goal of this project is to explore the mechanisms and applications of 4D food printing by developing novel printable and programmable precursors using responsive biopolymers. Particular stimuli, such as heat or water, will be applied to activate shape transformation in a fully controllable manner.
