Public Health Relevance: Campylobacter species are the most prevalent foodborne bacterial pathogen causing human gastroenteritis in the U.S. The proposed research on Campylobacter pathogenesis will provide critical information on the development of effective intervention strategies against Campylobacter to protect food safety and public health.
