The Food Safety and Limited Resource Management Collaborative Education Program between the University of Nebraska and two 1994 Land-Grant Institutions will develop this collaborative education program focusing on building the capacity of faculty at two 1004 Land-Grant Tribal Colleges in Nebraska The objective of the program is to develop culturally-relevant food safety and limited resource management curricula fof clientele. Two part-time persons will be hired at the two tribal colleges and will be instrumental in designing the culturally relevant curricula in the subject matter areas with the University of Nebraska specialists.
