In conjunction with the Nevada Department of Health, Nevada Cooperative Extension will provide support to ensure the Department's certified executive program's effectiveness. Included will be the hiring of a paraprofessional to implement a train-the-trainer program with large and small food service establishments in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pilot sites will be selected during the first year, with full implementation during the second and third years.The program will reach a minimum of 800 food service workers at 25 sites.
