Food Safety in Illinois

Objective

Project funds will be used to support the Welfare to Work Program which trains recipients for entry level food service positions. The program will be delivered with the cooperation of the Department of Human Services and Illinois Community Colleges. This project will also train volunteers handling food at church and club functions through the Food Safety Training Program for volunteers.
