Food Safety Plan of Work Project for Northern Marianas

Objective

This project will provide outreach to the hard to reach clients in the community by providing Food Safety Education and educational materials at their homes. Training will be provided for school lunch program personnel to promote the adoption of recommended food handling practices. Plan of Work Project funds will support three food safety workshops and the development of educational materials for clients on the three main islands of Saipan,Tinian, and Rota.
