Food Safety Plan of Work Project for Utah

This project will provide needed education and resources to consumers focusing on understanding food borne risks and learning responsible food handling practices. The project will also focus on providing a mechanism for responding to consumer concerns about pesticide and drug residues in food and improper handling and preparation in food service establishments and in the home.
