Objective
The University of the Virgin Islands will conduct a comprehensive food safety education short course to: 1) educate 25% of all food handler card applicants each year; 2) develop food handler cards to be issued after course completion; 3) develop a food safety handbook for food handlers who complete the course; 4) prepare annual newsletters for distribution to program participants.
