The project will establish a model for food sanitation certification training in Massachusetts through distance education. Criteria for successful distance education will be addressed to meet the needs of the target population,to achieve program objectives and incorporate feedback procedures into the learning process. Program evaluation will measure the effectiveness of the methodology on participants achieving the acceptable passing scores for certification.
