Food Safety: Spinning An Information Web

A World Wide Web information resource, featuring food safety information for consumers will be developed. The information resource will be designed for use by computer literate adults and public school children. Educational resources designed to encourage use of the resource will be developed and distributed. We will produce promotional materials and an instructional video. Innovative regional projects coupling the information resource with other programming will be encouraged. State specialists will work closely with regional specialists during the development and initial use phases of the subject.
