Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Safety for Small Missouri Farms

Objective

Lincoln University Cooperative Extension, through this proposal, will work with University of Missouri Outreach and Extension to design and implement a training program for small farmers through the Small Farm Family Program.

More information

The training will be aimed at preventing microbial contamination of fresh produce grown primarily in southern Missouri. The program will then be extended to other audiences within and beyond Extension.
