Functional Barrier - Threshold of Regulation Approach to Food Contact Materials

Objective

The overall aim of this project was to develop methods of test for putative functional barriers. This final report describes the method development work performed in pursuance of this aim and then outlines a method of test proposed for testing for functional barrier properties.
