Objective

<p>
<ol>
<li>Compare the gene-expression profiles of the bacteria and cell lines with and without co-culture.</li>
<li>Analyze the data for tissue-related differences related to pathogenesis.</li>
<li>Validate gene expression data by RT-qPCR. </li>
<li>Identify key signal-transduction pathways and immune-system interaction genes involved in EC stimulation by B. anthracis.</li></ol></p>
