Genetic Characterisation of the Mechanism of Multiplication of the Salmonella Enteritidis in Eggs

Objective

To study bacterial factors affecting growth of Salmonella enteritidis in eggs and identify the genetic basis of these attributes. This information will then be used to develop a risk assessment model for different Salmonella serovars associated with eggs.
