Objective

To advance multidiscipline mycotoxin research aimed at minimizing mycotoxins in crops, reduce health risks to consumers & improve food security. Topics include but will not be limited to mycotoxin identification; mechanisms of toxicity and physiological significance; exposure & risk assessment & management, and mycotoxin prevention.
