1) Develop open-access teaching modules on the multiple components of a food system (biological, economic, political, social, and health systems), including learning objectives, activities, and assessments.2) Create multiple one-week teacher development academies designed to teach the teachers how to effectively implement these teaching modules in their secondary school classrooms.3) Create a teacher consultation program to foster further teaching efficiency or development of new or tailored instructional design, delivery, or assessments in food systems.
