Independent validation of industry Campylobacter interventions

Objective

This project will carry out independent validation of methods to reduce Campylobacter numbers on chicken carcasses in poultry slaughterhouses. Protocols will be developed for trials by industry and Campden BRI. The effects of interventions will be quantified.
