Inspection of Food and Drugs

Objective

Inspect food, drug, and cosmetic samples with regard to the enforcement of the Connecticut food and dairy regulations and the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act. Also, consumer complaint samples are analyzed as part of state or federal regulatory agency investigations.
