Instrument Analysis and Support

Objective

This project provides access to highly specialized analytical instruments and serves as CFSAN's core analytical support area. In fiscal 2000, new MS instrumentation will be applied to the identification of bacteria and bacterial toxins and analyses for chemical indicators of seafood decomposition, marine toxins, mycotoxins and food additives.
