Literature Reviews On: (I) Non-IgE-Mediated Adverse Reactions to Foods; And (II) 'in Vitro' Digestibility Tests for Allergenicity Assessment

<p>This procurement aims to critically review the available information on allergenicity-related studies focusing on 2 separate topics:</p>

<ol>
<li>non-IgE-mediated immune adverse reactions to foods;</li>
<li>'in vitro' digestibility tests for the allergenicity assessment of food and feed.</li>
</ol>

<p>The tenderer should carry out comprehensive literature searches to identify and retrieve all related information/data published in relation to the specific objectives of this contract that should be critically reviewed. The technical reports produced will be used as background information for further discussion within the EFSA GMO Panel.</p>
