Microbiological Research Projects Involving Broilers and Quail (live and processed)

Objective

To do microbiological anayses in an assortment of research projects done in cooperation with University of Georgia, evaluating the efficacy of several chemicals to eliminate or reduce Salmonella and Campylobacter on broiler and quail carcasses. Also, to develop a marker strain of Campylobacter (C.) jejuni for use in many additional projects.
