Plan of Work Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) educational program funds for four individual projects will support the Minnesota Extension Service FSQ 1991-1995 Plan of Work. The funds will support the evaluation of EFNEP food safety education to improve program delivery. They will significantly expand delivery of food safety education to 4th-6th grade youth in school classrooms. They will expand an electronic discussion group to include food safety information for K-12 teachers. Finally, the funds will support an educational follow-up based on results of a needs assessment survey conducted in 1994-1995 related to food safety programs of small/medium processors and regulators in Minnesota.
