Objective

<p>The objectives of this research are to: 1) Screen a selected number of nanoparticles most effective for laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS) analysis of the gut microbiome 2) Production of nanoparticle microarrays for high-throughput LDI-MS analysis 3) Application of the nanoparticle microarray LDI-MS for large scale metabolomics on gut microbiomes</p>
