PEST MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR STORED PRODUCTS: RAW GRAIN AND VALUE-ADDED FOODS

Objective

Project will evaluate organophosphate pesticide alternaties for protecting stored grain and grain-based commodities and focuses on two major components: protecting stored whole grain and protecting processed commodities in food processing and warehouse facilities. This addresses the need to deal with commodity protection from farm-to-table.
