To determine if hormones produced in animal production facilities result in increased levels of hormones in the environment.

Approach: Analysis of estradiol, estrone, and testosterone from 1325 field samples using solid phase extraction for sample preparation and liquid chromatography-mass spectral-mass spectral for analysis of these hormones.
