Objective

<p>Provide robust methods for detecting the biological activity of the potential bioterrorism agents ricin, abrin, and shiga-like toxins, each of which is characterized as a ribosome-inactivating protein toxin, in three selected foods (spinach, apple juice, and milk).</p>
