Objective

<p>The principle aim of this fellowship will be to improve Defra's evidence on how to maximise the effectiveness of bTB biosecurity and farm management advice to farmers. The objective will be to: to deliver a process evaluation of the TB persistent herds policy; identify factors or ways of working which impact on the effectiveness of providing tailored advice to farmers; to qualitatively consider the factors which impact on farmers' likelihood of listening to and acting on advice provided.</p>
