Objective

Strengthen the cooperation between the US Citrus & Subtropical Products Laboratory and Chiang Mai University (Department of Food Science and Technology) in a collaborative effort to conduct research on tropical fruits, vegetables and their products. Specifically the development of treatments that reduce spoilage and extend shelflife and improve quality of tropical fruits and vegetables.
